About the event
Each event will be an hour long and will focus on as aspect of navigating your life work transition. These include: setting an intention, acknowledging your closing door, create a learning mindset, resisting your comfort zone and celebrating your successes. The session begins with a guided meditation and concludes with 3 journal prompts.
